Fujifilm Europe will be launching skincare products in Europe and the UK early next year. The skin being referenced is human skin, not camera “skin.”
Apparently Fujifilm has been marketing its Astalift skincare products in Japan for the past four years. These products are designed to maintain youthful looking skin.
Here’s the kicker: The anti-ageing products use “cutting edge core technologies accumulated over many years of research and development of photosensitised materials,” says the company.
These technologies are derived from Fujifilm’s own collagen research, anti-oxidization technology and nano-technology.
So what I want to know is, if you apply this to an old camera – like the 1958 Leica MP pictured here – will it turn the clock back?
