Sony is expanding its line of SD cards with a new series designed for ultra-high speed interface (UHS-I) compatibility.
The new cards are available in capacities of 8, 16 and 32GB.
The new cards offer transfer speeds up to 94MB/s (read) and 45MB/s (write) (22MB/s for the 8GB card). When used with non-UHS-I supported hardware, the new Sony cards will maintain Class 10 speed.
The cards are expected to be available this spring.
